Details

The 1000-lb Club challenges participants to test their strength across three lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Your goal? Hit a combined total of 1000 pounds (or 500lbs)

How It Works:
1. Participants will perform three lifts — squat, bench, and deadlift.
2. Each competitor gets three attempts per lift.
3. Your heaviest successful lift in each category will be totaled to determine your score.
4. The first place winner for the mens and womens division have a chance at winning some awesome 1st place prizes!!

Please make sure to fill out the FORM in order to take part in this event!
