Artwork Submission Process
Submit here: Artwork Submissions

Eligibility

Open to all currently enrolled students
Individual or collaborative submissions allowed

Accepted Mediums

Painting, drawing, photography, mixed media, or digital art
All pieces must be original work by the submitting student(s)

Submission Requirements

Online submission form including:
- Image(s) of artwork
- Title and medium
- Brief artist statement (100–150 words, optional)
Agreement to display terms and permanent campus installation for winning pieces

Submission Timeline

Call for submissions opens: February 6
Submission deadline: February 26

Art Show
Artwork will be displayed March 4-10 and voting will be open to all members of the RUSM Community. Please take a moment to visit the art show and vote on your favorites!

After voting closes, the top 3 artworks will be framed and displayed on campus.
