About Us
The Asian Diaspora Student Association (ADSA) is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive community for all students, regardless of nationality or background, who wish to engage with Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) culture. Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for members to connect with peers, learn from AAPI traditions, and celebrate cultural heritage. We strive to build bridges between current students and AAPI alumni, encourage cultural exchange, and promote awareness of the diverse histories, values, and experiences within the AAPI community. Through collaboration, education, and celebration, we aim to cultivate a welcoming environment that enriches the RUSM community and empowers future physicians to embrace cultural competence and equity.
